الطريقة
1.
نقوم بغسل الارز و العدس معا و تصفيتهم جيدا
2.
و في حلة علي النار نقوم بوضع القليل من الزيت و
نضع عليهم الارز و العدس و القليل من الملح و نقم بالتقليب جيدا
3.
نسخن كوبين الماء في حلة علي النار حتي درجة
الغليان
4.
نضع مقدار الماء علي خليط الارز و العدس و نتركهم
علي نار هادئة حتي النضج
و بالهناء و الشفاء

Alexandrian Koshari on Nani way
Koshary has a great place in the lives of Egyptians, and
everyone agrees on the ways in which it is made, but there is a type of koshari
that is very popular in most Egyptian homes, yet you will never find it in any
restaurant, or popular food truck, and it is very famous in the city of
Alexandria, and it is known as the Alexandrian koshari.
This type of koshari is made from rice and yellow lentils
only, and it is widespread in Alexandrian kitchens, and it has a much older history,
and although it is associated with the Egyptians and described as an Egyptian
popular food, history tells us that its roots are not Egyptian.
Alexandrian Koshari
No one knows exactly the history of Alexandrian koshari, and
who invented it, but the famous traveler Ibn Battuta mentioned through writing
the months "Ibn Battuta's Journey Tuhfat Al-Nazar", that the Indians
used to cook a type of koshari made of brown lentils known as "lentils
meal" with rice, and they ate it next to ghee and its name is Kutchery.
Ingredients
2 cups rice
cup yellow lentils
Spoon salt
2 tbsp oil
2 cups water
method
1. Wash the rice and lentils together and drain them well
2. In a pot on the fire, we put a little oil and put rice
and lentils and a little salt and stir well
3. Heat two cups of water in a pot on the fire until it
boils
4. Put the amount of water on the rice and lentil mixture
and leave them on low heat until maturity
